4. Third-party cookies
This website does not install third-party cookies for profiling purposes. Links to external partner websites (incon.it, celmi.com, etc.) and the WhatsApp link (wa.me) open third-party pages that apply their own cookie policies, independent of this one. Users are encouraged to consult the respective privacy policies.
5. Legal basis
- Technical cookies (Joomla!, cookieconsent): no consent required – legitimate interest and technical necessity.
- Matomo cookies with anonymised IP and no third-party sharing: treated as technical cookies, no consent required pursuant to the Italian DPA Guidelines 2021.
- Any profiling or marketing cookies (if introduced in the future): will require prior explicit consent.
